Full Wedding Planning

You should not have to chase vendors, manage spreadsheets, and plan a wedding at the same time. That is what we are here for.

From your very first onboarding call with Jennifer through the last dance on your wedding day, we handle everything. You make the decisions. We do the work

  • Personal onboarding call with Jennifer to map out your full vendor needs and wedding vision

  • Unlimited email communication throughout your planning period

  • Budget guidance to keep your vision and your numbers aligned

  • Dedicated admin handling all vendor sourcing and communication so you never chase a quote

  • Vendors presented to you for final approval with no back and forth on your end

  • Structured touch point calls throughout your entire planning period so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Full wedding day timeline creation and distribution to all vendors

  • Floor plan assistance and creation

  • Venue walkthrough prior to your wedding date

  • Rehearsal coordination up to two hours

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding day coverage with two dedicated onsite Wedding Auntie assistants

Day Of Coordination

Your vendors are booked. Your vision is set. Now hand it off.

Whether your wedding is down the street or across the country, The Wedding Auntie steps in 90 days before your wedding date and takes everything off your plate. Timelines, vendor communication, rehearsal, the walkthrough, and the wedding day itself. You enjoy it. We run it.

  • Coordination support beginning 90 days prior to your wedding date

  • Kickoff call to review your vision, vendors, and wedding day priorities

  • Full wedding day timeline creation and distribution to all vendors

  • Complete vendor takeover — we handle all communication from the 90-day mark forward

  • Venue walkthrough with you prior to the wedding date

  • Rehearsal coordination for up to two hours

  • Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination with two dedicated Wedding Auntie assistants onsite

  • On-site problem solving from setup through send-off

  • Setup of personal décor items such as signage, framed photos, and programs

  • Weddings with 150+ guests — additional onsite support+ $400

Wedding Officiant 

Your ceremony deserves more than someone reading words off a paper. It deserves someone who has done this on Netflix, on WeTV, and in front of news cameras on live television. 

Jennifer crafts every ceremony from scratch. No templates. No generic scripts. Just your story, told the way it deserves to be told, delivered by someone who has the utmost respect for your love story.

  • Consultation call to learn your story, your relationship, and what matters most to you on your wedding day

  • Custom ceremony script written specifically for you, not pulled from a template

  • Rehearsal coordination so your wedding party knows exactly what to do when it counts

  • Full ceremony execution delivered by a television credentialed officiant
